I did - and it only takes one virus - to make a good day turn (Very Bad) / restoring my computer is not bad - only 8 disk / It's the other programs I install on my computer (it's a good 2 day job)

I heard someone talking about Deep Freeze - I checked it out on the internet - Sounds to good to be true - I down loaded the trial version and put it to the test.

Internet search - crack

found all kinds of places that had crack numbers for illegal programs

also a lot of spy ware pop-ups

I the search - sex

million of locations - I had Icons on my computer for sex - internet gambling etc

I reach a point when I had a big red screen - spy ware detected (Buy this program) to get it off your computer.

My computer was so messed up (I would of had the 2 1/2 day job of restoring) but I just rebooted my computer.

My computer was fine - unwanted Icons gone - Pop-ups gone - spy were gone

and that big red screen GONE.

It passed the test -

Note: I would suggest having (2) two hard drives on your computer or use one the USB thumb drive

C drive (I have that frozen)

D drive (I have that un-frozen) that is where I save all my working files from word - excel - Photos and e-mail that I want to save.  (needless to say - if I save them to C drive they would be gone when I rebooted my computer)

Reboot the computer - internet cookies - History Gone

Save a lot of time cleaning the computer of garbage - and my computer does not slow down on the speed

if it does (reboot).

(If you have a program you want to install on C drive - that is no problem)

Just un-freeze C drive - install the program you want - then re-freeze the C drive.

To date (20 June 2008) I have been using this program over 2 1/2 years now. and have not had to restore my computer. (I LOVE THIS PROGRAM)

In the back of my mind - I often wonder where does all the Virus come from?

Not saying they did or would (but I can see where it would be big $$$$ and job security)

if the Anti Virus comp - also made the Virus.

Deep Freeze - is a lot cheaper then most Anti-Virus program.
