Replaced - EXILINX  XC3030A

Working OK Now

Power Up and the I/O Voltage checked Good

Monitor Comes up then Blacks out

Tried to clear Ram (SAME THING)

Replaced XU13 on CPU (N80C188XL20)

Working Fine Now

Williams 17" WG Monitor

Appeared to be a sync problem - Problem found in Power supply

C102 100uf 50v cap reading 5.2uF

C117 22uF 63v reading 15.9uF

Replaced 3 other caps just for GP - C110 100uF 35v,

C120 100uF 200v, and I think it was C118 1000uF 35v

Monitor looks Good
