Power OFF Sequence for Entire Game

Note; While powering the machine ON and OFF, the Dealer must always be turned ON first and turned OFF last. This is important to avoid RAM errors and game malfunction.

(1) At the dealer control panel, toggle up the Clear and Replay switches.

(2) Open the top wedge door on each player station and toggle up the Clear switch. Each player changes from "Setting" to "Sleeping" (on the dealer screen) as the switch is in the up position.

(3) At each player station, turn OFF (right side down) each red power switch (Logic, Lights, and Monitor).

(4) At the dealer control panel, turn OFF (right side down) the red Logic and Monitor switches. Then, turn OFF the main breaker.

(1) At the dealer control panel, toggle up the Clear and Replay switches.

(2) At each player station, open each top wedge door to expose the player control panel. Ensure that the Clear switch is up and the Logic, Monitor, and Lamp switches are OFF (right side down).

(3) Power ON the dealer's main breaker. Turn ON the Monitor and Logic switches (left side down). The status screen appears on the dealer and the player stations are listed as "sleeping."

(4) At each player station, turn ON the Logic, Monitor, and Lamp switches (left side down). As each player station's Stn Clear switch is in the down position, it will begin communicating with the dealer causing the corresponding line on the dealer monitor to change from "sleeping" to "setting." Close the player top (wedge) door.

(5) If you want to change the Game Mode, the dealer logic must be open.

(7) To exit, toggle the Select SW. until "EXIT" is highlighted. Toggle the Start SW. to exit.

 

Attendant Hand Pay

The customer presses PAYOUT button. Attendant light turns ON. Player station locks up displaying "CALL ATTENDANT, CLEAR CREDITS."

(1) In game mode, insert the reset key into the key switch at the player station and turn it clockwise.

(2) To return to game play, turn the key switch counter­clockwise to the up position. When the attendant key is in the up position, the credits will be zeroed.

 

Last Five Bill Recall

Allows operator to verify the last five bills received by a Player station.

(1) In game mode, insert the reset key into the key switch at the player station and turn it clockwise.

(2) Press Stand until audit mode is selected on screen.

(3) Press the Hit button until 'LAST 5 BILL DATA' is displayed. The screen will now display the last 5 bills and the times that they were accepted.

(4) To exit to game play, turn the key switch counter­clockwise to the up position.

 

Last Game Recall

Allow you to view the Last Ten games at a player station. From Game Play mode, enter the Last Game Recall screen as follows:

(1) Insert the reset key into the key switch, which is located clockwise of the hard meters on the front of the player station.

(2) Turn the key clockwise and the following information appears.

If a player dispute arises and the Customer wants to file a complaint with authorities, power OFF the player station involved in the dispute (as explained on the Power OFF Sequence (single player station) card) to preserve the game's information in memory. The authorities may want to view this information.

 (7) Press HIT to view the first screen of information for this game.

(8) Press HIT again to view the second screen of information. Pressing HIT repeatedly changes between displaying screen one and screen two.

(9) You can return to the list of previous games by pressing STAND.

(10)To return to Game Play mode from the list of previous games, first press STAND to highlight "EXIT"; then press HIT; finally, turn the key counter­clockwise to the up position.

(11)A player station's game data history appears on the player station's monitor. Illustrated below are the available fields of information on the first screen:

 

Soft Meters

Allows operator to view soft meters at a player station.

(1) In game mode, insert the reset key into the key switch at the player station and turn it clockwise.

(2) To view soft meters, press the STAND button until 'audit mode' is selected.

(3) Press HIT to enter audit mode. Press HIT to step through the various audit screens.

(4) For accounting purposes, Bet is the same as Coin-In. Win is the same as Coin-Out.

(5) To return to game play, turn the key switch counter-clockwise to the up position.

 

Clearing Soft Errors

Soft errors are: open doors, bill errors, hopper errors, and coin errors.

(1) Open the top and main door of the player station in error.

(2) Repair the problem with the player in error. Errors are self-resetting with closure of the either door.

(3) Open Door Errors: Close the door indicated in the error message.

Bill Acceptor Errors: Cycle power as listed under power OFF/ON sequence for a single player station. If this does not clear the error, replace the bill head. Coin In Errors: Check that the coin sensor is not stuck. Check for coins stuck in the coin comparator. Hopper Errors: Check for empty hopper or coin jams.

Audit Errors: The following will clear all soft meters. Ensure that they have been recorded. At the dealer control panel, toggle up the Clear and Replay switches. Open the main door to the player station, open the logic cage, open the top wedge on the player, toggle the Clear switch up, and turn the Logic switch OFF. Hold the Trouble switch up and turn ON the Logic switch. Keep Holding the Trouble switch until "Release" prompt appears on the player monitor.

(4) Close the main door and the error will clear.

Power OFF Sequence (single player station)

•   Toggle up the DEALER Clear and Replay Switches.

•   Toggle up the PLAYER Clear switch.

•   Turn off, in order, the PLAYER Logic, Monitor, and Lamp switches.

•   Toggle down the DEALER Clear and Replay Switches after the dealer's screen indicates that all remaining players are 'SETTING'.
